A week of thanks giving

 

 

I am thankful for family. We had such a great week of celebration with Whit's family over thanksgiving. It started off with a trip to Emerald City which also happened to be Grandma's house. We had a feast outside in the beautiful Arizona weather and only ate things that were green. Grandma Kathy was Dorthy for the day and we even got a special visit from the Wizard
-which the kids were surprisingly unscared of. They knew it was really just Grandpa I guess. The days that followed were football games, guitar hero, pie making with Grandma (Brooke has told me very confidently that if I ever need help with a banana, chocolate, or pumpkin pie, that she is the expert. But if I want a berry pie I will have to ask Elias.:0). But most importantly being together with cousins, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, Grandma and Grandpa and all those people that shape our lives and bring our greatest joys.
