Today in the car, Danny and Ty were holding a conversation in the back seat that warmed me 'ol heart. It went something like this....Danny said, "Ty do you remember when I had a broken leg. I got it at a place called Macudus Island on a big giant slide." Ty replies,"Was I there?" "No Ty, you weren't there. You were still in Mommies tummy. But you were almost ready to come out." Danny continues, "I remember. I was watching Mickey Mouse on the same night you were born." Then Ty thoughtfully says,"Was I little?" Danny replies, "yes, you were only zero." Then Ty again says, "Did you hold me?" "Yes, I held you. I always wanted to hold you because you were so cute." A couple minutes of quiet then ensues where I hear nothing from the back seat. Then Ty says, "Danny will you tell me that little baby story again?"
I love being present and I mean really present for those moments. Some times my blinders are on and I don't appreciate how breathtaking my kids and there sweet little spirits are.

Ok that is too precious! Love overhearing special moments like that. You are so good to notice them as much as you do. (I remember Danny's broken leg & how he scooted around like a little animal & when Ty was in your "tummy." :) Our little guy was born this week. I just posted a pic on my blog.
So cute! Love that they are such good friends.
